Financial wellness allows students to cultivate effective decision making skills around managing their resources. Despite degree attainment, poor financial decision making skills can be problematic to the quality of life for students. Helping students understand the principles of fiscal responsibility will support their healthy spending and investment in a financially secure future. Forming sound financial habits in order to make responsible decisions while in school and after graduation is the goal of this area of wellness.
