Marie-Danielle Attis-Springs is the Coordinator for Health Promotion and Sexual Assault and Interpersonal Violence Services. She is a health education specialist and promotes awareness about health and social justice topics through peer education as she is responsible for training our campus peer educators. She also coordinates the biannual “RU-Healthy” and “RU-Fit” fairs. In her role as coordinator for Sexual Assault and Interpersonal Violence, she educates the campus community on their rights under Title IX. Marie advises victims/survivors and facilitates their access to resources. She is dedicated to both her roles. She is devoted to the mission of Health Services and HPD. With the help of her colleagues at health services, she helps to enhance the academic and personal success of our students by creating and coordinating programs that are meant to initiate, improve and maintain wellness.
Marie received a BA in English and Psychology and a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers University- Newark.
